Disciples that make disciples

Bible Training
The Bible is the foundation of everything we do and seek to teach. Increasing Biblical literacy in Latin America is a key to seeing the Spanish-speaking church grow and participate fully in advancing the Kingdom of God.
Leader Raising
As in a natural army, the army of God should be constantly training its replacements. None of us know how long we have, so our work in discipling is to raise up others who can do what we do and more.
Risk Taking
If we want different results, we must be willing to try new things. By creating new ways and places to connect with God and His Word, we hope to reach more people with the Gospel. #marketplace

Forge Hybrid Camps
Offered year-round, length and location can vary
Josh brings his training and experience leading camps to offer churches, employers, missions teams, or other groups a custom-made experience to build team unity, go deep in the Lord, and build competence in real-life action adventure scenarios.

Teaching partnerships
Year-round, Guadalajara and Beyond
As an experienced pastor (Josh) and teacher (Anne), we regularly serve in partnership with other ministries the Lord has allowed us to form relationships with, many headed by Latin American leaders. Whether by planning youth events, being on the Sunday School curriculum development team, preaching on Sundays or at women’s retreats, or teaching week-long classes on Gender or Apologetics, we seek to see the character of Christ formed in His church as we support national leaders in equipping the Body of Christ.

House Church
Year-round, Our neighborhood
In 2026, due to the needs of our good friends who are home-bound with physical injuries, we have started “doing church” every other Sunday with them in their home. As we’ve done so, we’ve grown in the conviction that the kind of relationships that lead to being disciples of Christ form best around the table, around the Bible, in an intimate environment where questions and vulnerability and mutual encouragement are the order of the day. It’s inspired us to focus more on the one-on-one relationships with those in our sphere of influence, seeking to go deeper in our relationship with God together.
“La Forja showed me the world wasn’t as rotten as I had believed.“
After attending, this young man deleted all his contacts connected to drugs and alcohol.
He wanted to start clean.
